Armand L. Santacroce, MSTD, is a talented Training and Development Consultant with 17 years of experience designing and developing adult training and education programs for a variety of manufacturing, technical, or business operations where classroom strategies are translated into bottom line results.
Whether designing, developing, or delivering training programs, Mr. Santacroce engages learners and improves performance of students using sound teaching methods and proven techniques that motivate adult learners.
As an
invited speaker to the Massachusetts Hazardous Materials Firefighters Group,
Mr. Santacroce has engaged over 550 of Massachusetts’ elite firefighters with
a program designed to show the properties of cryogenic products, emergency
response procedures that are transported on highways. Mr. Santacroce
continues to design and develop interactive training programs for both
national and international gas companies as well as local distribution
companies.
Mr.
Santacroce was employed for over ten years as the company trainer for Cabot
LNG / Distrigas. His primary focus was on employee career development
and product knowledge to afford Cabot’s employees a broad-based, hands-on
knowledge of the liquefied natural gas industry. He was often called
upon to conduct training within the community, at local and regional schools,
for the fire service, or for public relations events.
Mr. Santacroce, a foundationally sound educator and trainer since 1978, is recognized for his ability in helping clients and training program attendees to move toward safety excellence. Mr. Santacroce is also the founder of Clear View Training, Inc., a training organization that specializes in the design of individual employee development training programs.
Mr.
Santacroce’s customized training programs demonstrate that talent and
attitude distinguishes his training programs over those of other program
trainers. Specifically, commitment to excellence, enthusiasm and
energy, understanding of student needs, knowledge, and willingness to go
above the minimum accepted standard. “Mr. Santacroce, demonstrates far
more than skill in training; he creates, designs and presents programs for
his clients who are committed to world-class safety and health excellence.”
