Safety Assurance Management (SAM) reports that effective April 1, 2012,
OSHA has decided to limit the number of authorized Outreach Training
Program online training providers to a select few companies.
As a result, SAM will no longer be able to offer you an additional
alternative to accomplishing more of your occupational safety and health
goals.
Education continues to be the key to understanding the expectations for
keeping you and/or your employees safe on the job. Once an adult learner
has the knowledge to understand and make safer decisions, everyone,
employee and employer alike, benefit.
While we feel that face-to-face training by SAM is best, you can not
always find or make the time to get the important and often mandated
baseline OSHA training completed. It is for this reason, that SAM is
offering the following links to those few providers who are authorized
to offer online training.
Please be aware, when you look at any of these sites that the
instruction is self-paced but that the OSHA Course Completion Card may
not arrive for 6 to 8 weeks after successful completion of the online
course.
